The search for excellent ingredients has led us to choose the most precious cedars, those of the “Riviera dei Cedri”, beautiful, fragrant, with a small pulp and a fleshy and fragrant skin. In this territory the most sought-after cultivar is produced, the so-called Liscia Diamante of Santa Maria del Cedro where the crops are a few meters from the sea, between the valleys and the streams that cross impervious terrain.
We tried to insert it in our gelato and it was unexpected protagonist with its taste, its freshness, the bitter aftertaste and the perfume that brings you back to the sea.
